When Ardent was just a young girl her life was wrought with violence. Her father was a drunk that enjoyed nothing more than beating his daughter during each drinking binge.

Her mother Samantha, the semi-intelligent woman that she was, left Ardent’s abusive father when the child was just old enough to understand the only person who could save her from her father’s beatings had just walked out of her life. What followed was 5 years of Ardent hiding in her own home from the monster that was her father. At school she did her best to hide the marks that were left on her body after her father had raised his fists in anger and hit her.

During one of her father's more lucid periods the man tortured the young Ardent. He left her chained to the basement wall for days without food and water. She survived by drinking from a pool of water, fed from a crack in the cement wall, that gathered at the base of the wall. While chained to the wall, a fire broke out on the ground floor above her. The temperature of the fire was so intense that it heated the chains around Ardent’s wrists, seared them into her flesh, leaving her with lifelong scars.

When Ardent was 12 years old, one summer night she sat out on the steps of her back porch to escape her father. She starred into the endless shadows that played about in the backyard of her small home. From out of those shadows came a figure. She emerged like a saving grace; walking up to Ardent the female teenager brushed her hand across the child’s cheek before continuing into the house.

When the young woman exited the house a few minutes later, flames were starting to fully engulf the house. Stopping beside Ardent the teenager spoke softly over the hiss of the flames. She said her name was Pollynda, that Ardent’s father would hurt the child no more.

After Ardent was situated in a foster home Pollynda checked on her regularly but only by night. She taught Ardent how to drain energy from others to increase her own. She also taught the child how to cipher emotions from others. All things that Pollynda could not do herself, but could pass the teachings to Ardent.

Eventually Ardent realized what Pollynda was and their friendship remained. To this day Ardent looks to Pollynda as her best friend—her savoir—and wouldn’t change her life for anything in the world.

The son of Alexander and his love Kalandra, tobias is the eldest of the triplets once his sister died. Morbid but pleasant, Tobias was known for killing just for the pleasure of it until he met his wife Vinnie, a mortal. he turned his life around and even put her above his family. He knew the kind Alexander and still believes he's in there, but extremely doubtfull.
Tobias had broken off all contact with Alexander after the disapearence of his mother and the death of his other father, Davie. Tobias was known as a powerful ally in the western part of the world to all those who fleed from his father. Although they look quite similar, Tobias' deep green eyes and black hair set him apart from his father.
After the death of Vinnie (who died of old age) Tobias went in search of his father, getting into rough battles, both of them barely escaping with their lives. Tobias' hatred is not upon his father but on the shoulders of his mother, of who he blames for all the massacers occuring, mostly young girls that reminded Alexander of his mother. Tobias wants to stop his father at all costs, whether that intails changing him or killing him. Preferably to put him to sleep for thousands of years until his rage settled.

Jenn is a witch... She is a tall (5'8) fiery red head born in Ireland but moved to Texas when she was just a child. She had a happy childhood being raised by her parents to be a child of nature. And so life went on for her until her early twenties when she didn't think that being a child of the light side in nature wasn't enough. SO she took a blood bath in the dark sides never ending well. The power was to much to great to alluring so she followed. She a strong killer and very highly strung. However even though she has embraced the dark arts she still has a conscience and her heart to deeply rooted to the pagan teachings of her parents.

Mum a witch, dad a werewolf. Parents had a horrible sense humour decided to name her Regina, Reg for short. Their original plan was to name her Reginald after her great-grandfather. The midwife had talked them out of that. No coven will accept her because she is part werewolf.

Reg's soul been reincarnated several times and unlike most souls she remembers it all, except her first life. Remembering all your past lives comes in use for blackmailing people. The downside is the flashbacks that don't always make sense about her first life.

Since meeting Gwen, Reg is putting her skills to use that she has learned over the centuries.

Pharen is stuck in a half-way transformation. He has a badly injured left leg, which is near to useless and causes him to walk with a very pronounced limp.

His state of body is the aftereffects of a witch's curse, which was thrown during the battle that mangled his leg. He hides himself in the catacombs of Crimson Moon to avoid the stares, ridicule, and pity of the creatures that lived above.

His past is a bit f a blur, as the curse also locked away memories that can only be triggered by input from others -- these moments of recollection are random and he has no way of knowing what will bring the next one.

Appearance: 6'3", short dark brown reddish hair (recently dyed purple), subtly tanned skin (people often joke about that), a small scar going straight down over his left eye, an eyebrow piercing, two piercings in each ear (though he doesn't usually wear earrings, humorously enough), slim black rugged jeans, black cowboy boots, tight-fitting t-shirts, or loose long-sleeved shirts. He also wears a thin black cord around his neck, and if anyone bothered to examine it more closely, they would notice that there is no detachment point, seeming as if he were born with it around his neck. He also has a single wooden ring, without any sort of addition.

Personal information:
(Details:) His personality changes with each person he meets, and he doesn't have a set standard for the type of people he enjoys being with. Generally, Bishopp likes the people at the bar he works at (and mostly owns, in fact), and dislikes anyone who tries to cause chaos with the intent of harming other people for fun. Other than that, his mind is incredibly broad, and he accepts concepts and ideas along with people.
(History:) Bishopp doesn't remember anything about his family, only the day he turned 18 and various recollections throughout his very inconsistent memory. On the day he turned 18, he met a woman by the name of Azura, with dark skin, white hair, and pink eyes..
Bishopp was born the illegitimate child of Arya Voletta Demitrius, the Lady of the council serving under the king's court, and Lope Bishophe Carlora, a wandering thief who gave up that life when he met Bishopp's mother. Arya had had an arranged marriage with the king's nephew, a man who cared not for his family and only for the crown, constantly plotting to overthrow the king. Lope was a vampire, and Arya a succubus, natural enemies in this particular kingdom... Which led to Arya getting an incurable disease called Vibilite, and she fled pregnant with her genetically confused child, Bishopp, after Lope, who had disappeared the night they found out about her illness. Arya wandered, but eventually she migrated back home, broken-hearted and desperate for love. Because of this, Bishopp was her life; she dedicated her time outside of the courts to Bishopp's future. Bishopp grew up bitter, because he came to know of Lope's disappearance, and because of his mother's struggles with maintaining a loving household, and trying to convince the courts to grant inheritance to Bishopp, and not of the child of her husband that was ill. When the child died, Bishopp fled the house in search of recluse from Arya's grievances and his step-father's emotional abuse, constantly telling him he was worthless, a dog, deserving only the worst of executions and a bowl of rat remains for food.
He'd met Azura when he fled the house, arriving at a bar and inn that she ran. She spoke no words when he rushed in one night, when her bar was closed and she was preparing to go to bed. She only took Bishopp's hand, and said, "Remember to come back to her."
Ever since then, he'd run the bar alongside her, and she fed him on those nights he couldn't get anything to drink.. She left the bar to him in search of Lope, and her own goals which she kept mostly a secret from him. He'd grown indifferent to his father and mother, and learned that people each have their own way of life- he shouldn't judge anyone by their actions when their morals should speak for them.
..But, not remembering anything about his family, he only recalls that he'd run away one day from his loving mother and hated father, and ended up running the bar a woman with white hair, dark skin, and pink eyes left to him. He hasn't left the bar, and doesn't often think of things that probably should be important to him, like how he came to be a vampire, his family, etc.

History: Ebony was born on July 15th in 1992 in sunny California. She was born to the lovely Mrs. Smith and handsome Mr. Smith and had an older sister who was three when she was born, and has an older brother who was five at the time of her birth. Being the youngest of three is never easy. She was very easily picked on and was usually forgotten. The other two siblings usually had more pressing matters to attend to. Mrs. Smith tried her hardest to care for Ebony, but she often made things difficult because she was the youngest. When Ebony was twelve, her Dad divorced her Mother and he got the two older children and Ebony's mother got her. Ebony and her Mother never got along and after a while, she turned abusive. Ebony knew it wouldn't be better with her Father since he was a well-known alcoholic (as was her Mother from time to time) and she finally left home at fifteen, nearing sixteen. Once she turned sixteen, she finally got emancipated and has been living with her friend Drake since she was fifteen.

Personal Information:
Lacey is a hard working university student. She plans on becoming a make up artist and wants to work for the movie industry. Her middle class parents are divorced and each of them love her very much.

She lived with her mother until she was nineteen. She now lives in a small one bedroom room apartment, which she decorated elegantly, while attending her school three blocks away.

Lacey is anything but the stunning blond next door. She is short, about 5'4'', and is of muscular build with a small bit of a belly. Her natural hair colour is ash blond, the colour of dirty dishwater, but she dyes it. Currently it is Blue with bangs cut to a V shape. She has dark chocolate eyes that she covers with white iris contacts. That way her eyes glow eerily in the blacklight of many of the clubs she frequents. She adores rainbows and has a love for Harajuku/Cyber fashion. She makes Cyber Falls and sells them on e-bay because her minimum wage job at the local drugstore isn't enough to pay her way through life at the moment.

Lacey has one small group of friends that she loves to death. All of them frequent the club/rave scene and each have their own self given 'titles'. Lacey's best friend Synth-Drome (aka Maria) lives with her and helps keep Lacey sane during the hard times.

Putting Lacey on the back burner because the thread with her in it is dead. I will use her again, so please don't delete her ! ^^;

Twilight and Phantom

Twilight: vampire (sanguinarian), somewhere in late teens when turned

Phantom: 16-year-old human boy

Phantom was still a boy, sixteen years old with his hair dyed black that was always washing out prematurely. His frame was thin and his hazel eyes were outlined in black and set into the round face of a child.

Twilight had found him in a park, he was lying in the dirt, piss drunk. Her bright fire engine red hair and peachy gray skin had seemed a beacon in the darkness on that night. He was alone and cold and sobbing when she had slept with him and taken care of him since. She was his goddess, his vampire. And her word was law. Her hair was short and spiky, with her bangs long and straight over her face, shielding her violet eyes from the oblivious people whose lives rose and fell around her. They had only went violet after she'd turned, when she was alive they were gray.

Phantom still lived with his father, his mom was dead. Ever since Phantom's mother had died, his father had not been there. He was not rude or cruel, just gone. When Phantom looked his father in the eyes, he swore there was nothing there: a cold abyss. Phantom avoided his father's eyes. They usually communicated with notes: grocery lists, forwarded addresses or phone numbers, instructions on how to cook dinner; and passing muttered greetings, similar to their recent short exchange.

Phantom and Twilight like to indulge and party. They are the ultimate teens, with all the substances they can get their sticky hands on. But they are sneaky, like little cats. Lovely little cats.

Adren

She does not know what she is. She is not human, but s not vampire. She can go outside in sunlight, but due to brightness, prefers not to.

Adren looked like a slim teenage girl with small breasts and narrow hips. Her bright red hair ended between her chin and her shoulders. Her grey eyes were not human.

Adren was very strong, the weather and temperatures couldn't effect her. When she was angry her nearby surroundings would often burst into flame. She did not know what manner of being she was, but that she preferred the company of vampires because they were nowhere near as fake, foolish, and useless as humans.

She seemed in her late teens, or twenty-one at the oldest. Her gray eyes swiveled as she stumbled along, confused, but completely unafraid; adorned with auburn brows and lashes. Adren had no idea who she was, where she was, or where she came from, but she is each time awoken in a secluded place without any emotions. She relearns everything. Lives life to the fullest, dying quickly and then in vain, then awaking again, ut without a memory.

Aubrey

He is a human boy; half native north American on his father's side. Aubrey is a slim but filled out seventeen year old boy. He is 5'5" with long(ish) black hair and eyes, brown skin. He still has the round cheeks of childhood.

Aubrey has an older brother, and likes to go camping. He can sense some things (like if there is a ghost around with a particularly strong presence, he can feel it) but not many. Aubrey is helpful to people in need; he is compassionate.

about 6' tall, long/lean muscling but he's not a twig, deathly pale, silver-white hair (spikey wild, messy looking except for bangs which are longer), silver eyes, constantly looks like he's wearing eye-liner, slightly elongated canine teeth (animal like), silver/black markings around his right eye.

History:
Raith escaped from a laboratory that was playing with gene therapy and manipulation. He was kept in a straight jacket in a room that was pitch black and sound proof. His appearance is the product of the experiments the scientists conducted on him.

He has almost no memory of his past or what he looked like before the lab, only able to sort out the rare bits and peices. It is not entirely known what he is capable of. . . .

Not what most would consider a typical teenager, Rose has always been mature for her age. She comes from a broken home, her parents having divorced not long ago after years of unhappiness.

Her friends jokingly call her a European brat because her lineage is mostly Irish, English, and a little bit of German. The ongoing joke is that she is a vampire because of her pale skin and knowledge of the creatures, as well as her fashion sense among other things. . . .

She's naturally very artistic/musically inclined and enjoys a good book.

Nickname: often called Chaos by those who know him personally

Species: Demon/Angel cross

Likes: Books, music, puzzles/riddles, knowledge in general

Dislikes: Assumptions, stupidity, monotony, taking orders, traitors, electronics, bright light, clingy people

-- Knox is an unusual being, a paradox of sorts, even on a genetic level- his mother an angel, his father a demon. His mother raised him, but despite her efforts, his sire's influence was evident. He left her side of his own desire, feeling he did not belong there.

Being over 2,000 years old, he has seen his share of the world. Naturally curious with an appetite for knowledge, he has spent much of his time gathering information and learning. Therefore, it is not wise to understimate his mental or physical abilities. It may seem he's following the crowd, but in truth, Knox knows and is capable of more than he lets on. He is extrememly intelligent and very observant, and he picks up on the fatal flaws of others and uses them to his advantage.

Knox is the type of person that can smile and get away with murder, quite litterally. He appears charming and gentile, but to look in his eyes would tell quite another story. He can be quite arrogant at times, and like most demons, can be very selfish. He does not suffer fools well and monotony bores him. Humans are silly creatures to his mind. It is rare that he interferes with the lives of mortals, preffering to watch things from a distance. If and when he does interfere it is sure to be something major, for he doesn't believe in wasting his time if possible, and it usually of some benefit to him.

He is not necessarily evil, adhering to a set of personal rules and standards. . . . His criteria is just different. . . . 95% of the time, he does not cause problems, so long as your plans don't run too contrary to his. However, it is not safe to get in his way, and to betray him is even worse, for he has an excellent memory and can carry a grudge for a very long time. This is, again, something of a complex as he himself is a caprice. He can be very emotional and lively, almost obsessive at times, and yet unnervingly calm at others. Knox is protective of himself and what belongs to him first and foremost.

Looks like this, minus the gold peices on the hair. Hands to not bear claws in human form
